Dubia roaches have higher protein, higher calcium, and less fat than other feeders. They also are easy for your tarantulas, chameleons, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, and other pets to digest because they have less chitin (meaning a weaker exoskeleton).

Why Dubia Roaches?

Dubia roaches live long (one to two years), so you can buy larger quantities at once without much risk. Especially if you’re not sure what size to get, try our 3/16” to 1/4" dubia roaches. You can feed your pets more roaches if the size is too small. You can also keep them until they grow larger.

Compared to other feeders, dubia roaches are fairly easy to manage. It’s hard for them to climb or fly out of ventilated plastic tubs or glass containers, and the main upkeep to dubia roach containers is cleaning them once every two weeks or so.

Dubia roaches do not smell terribly when they die. They also don’t make much noise – no more crickets waking you up at night!
